SHIPPING:  In order to honor your purchase, shipping costs are covered by Kerstin Fine Art on all purchases within the United States.  For shipping costs outside of the United States, please email info@kerstinfineart.com.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  Our companies goal is to add beauty to your space, and it is of our utmost concern that you are 100% satisfied with the pieces we offer.  If the item is defective or broken upon arrival, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of purchase.  Please email defective images to info@kerstinfineart.com so we can learn from any damages to products.  If the piece is unsatisfactory for any other reason, a full exchange for a different piece will be honored within 30 days of purchase and receceival of the original piece.  Shipping costs are not covered by Kerstin Fine Art for exchanges.
