If the item is defective or broken upon arrival, a full refund will be issued within 30 days of purchase. If the piece is unsatisfactory for any other reason, a full exchange for a different piece, of the same price, in our store, will be honored within 30 days of purchase, and reception of the original piece. Shipping costs are not covered by Kerstin Fine Art for exchanges.
